Europe 1979 - 2000 (Slide Scans) : The images in this gallery were all originally shot on slide film, with a variety of cameras, between the years of 1979 and 2000. From Sep 1979 to July 1980 (Italy, Malta, France, Germany, Switzerland, Austria). December of 1987 (Switzerland, Germany, Italy). May of 1990 (Switzerland, Italy, Austria, Germany). May 2000 (Switzerland, Italy). The slides were photographed on a light box with a Pentax K20D and DA35 Macro lens.

Europe 1979 - 2000 (Print Scans) : The shots in this gallery were taken on various trips to Europe in 1979-80, 1987, 1990 and 2000. All were originally shot on slide film, either Kodachrome, Ektachrome or Fujichrome, and later printed to 8x12. All scans are from the 8x12 prints.

Pentax K2000 with DA40 : This gallery is intended as a test of the Pentax K2000 with only the DA 40 Pancake lens, for use as a general purpose "walking around" camera when I don't want to carry anything bigger or heavier. All images were shot as jpg's and exported from iPhoto at max 1,500 pixels on the long side. For more shots with this specific camera/lens combo see Las Vegas 9-12 Sept in the Travel section.
